Property Management

Monthly service includes:

• Includes one trip, at no extra charge, to the subject property by company personnel
• Additional trips to property by company personnel billed at $50.00 per trip
• Will assist with selection and overseeing of pool maintenance, gardener and pest control services
• Assistance in selecting Home Warranty company, if required
• Will provide contact for the tenant and homeowner to Home Warranty company and preferred vendors, including coordination of their services
• Will provide bill paying services to utilities and vendors
• Bill pay at $15.00 per check
• Minimum reserve of $500.00 required for check writing/bill paying
• Will post three day notice to quit or pay rent, if required
• Will assist in obtaining access to legal services which can assist the homeowner with the eviction process, if necessary.

This service is available for $175.00 per month
