Bi monthly property check service includes:

• Check overall security of the property, including doors and windows
• Flush water lines and check for leaks under sinks, appliances, water heater, pool equipment and sprinklers
• Run dishwasher and washing machines to keep seals from drying and cracking
• Check that the pool service and gardener are maintaining the property

This service is available for $125.00 per month, which includes two trips to the property by company personnel
